I Don't Need Christmas

Yes, I don't need it because for me it's Christmas every day—at least twice a day during my morning and evening meditations. I say "at least" because when you meditate continuously from nineteen to seventy-two (my age today) , your system integrates, deep within, a sacred space that becomes part of you—of your body, your psyche, your brain. Therefore, even when you're not formally meditating, in reality you are, because that sacred part within has become, over the years, more and more active, switched on, shining on its own. Christmas celebrates the divine Light on Earth. Meditation activates the inner Light, regenerating us, nourishing us, guiding us. I would never have survived the continuous heavy pressure of unceasing challenges if it weren't for the steady practise of meditation. What Meditation Is Not Let me clearly state some facts about meditation: It is not a relaxing exercise, even if you must first get into a relaxed state. It is not a breathing e...

At any cost?

You wanted to win at any cost. You needed to win... And so you embraced any lie, any nasty, malign, evil-minded deed, fraud, betrayal... in order to be triumphant!

And eventually you succeeded. And yet your triumph had already begun to badly smell, far before you reached your personal victory. But you couldn't let it go.

Giving up meant losing face, your respectable reputation, revealing to the whole world your real petty falsehood... And you could not do it: because you always present yourself as a vassal of an honour, which, in reality, you have never known. A small petty thief since your childhood.

A German saying states: "Was Hänschen nicht lernt, lernt Hans nimmermehr!": if someone doesn't learn something at a young age, he won't ever learn it! Sooo true!

And here you are now victorious, indeed.
While I realised I was embarking in a long war. I had all the rights and the proper papers to demonstrate them. But at what price? I have a good life, I have all I need, now. Why embitter my existence dealing with such a cheap thug like you and ruin my life?

This in any case was going to be a Pyrrhic victory. And I preferred to concede you this achievement. Because a Pyrrhic victory, in spite of the success, in reality it cries out the deep moral failure that one has undergone to reach it.

Life will take care of you. And karma will ask you for the bill with interest!
